Hannah Morris

Educational Psychologist

Hello and thank you for choosing SEN Insights: The Academy. I’m Hannah Morris, an independent educational psychologist working with children, educators and families in a variety of education settings. I have extensive experience in training, consultancy and assessment of children’s strengths and needs, advising how to help with learning, behaviour and development. I qualified as an Educational Psychologist, with distinction, at the Institute of Education in 2006. Previously, I worked with a Corporate Parenting Team, with the remit of raising the educational achievement of children in care. I have also co-ordinated a local authority Anti-Bullying Strategy. Prior to training as an Educational Psychologist, I was a Reception teacher. On a voluntary basis I have previously been a youth worker, Childline counsellor, trustee for the NSPCC, online advisor for the charity Scope, playgroup leader, governor for a primary school and refugee sponsor. I am passionate about enabling children to make progress, succeed and thrive in their education. I'm looking forward to sharing tips from my psychology toolbox with you, as you join me at the SEN Insights Academy.
